B-Roy to Return in Laker Land?

BY: JAYLIN BUTLER

Former All-Star shooting guard, Brandon Roy hinted at a comeback to the NBA after retiring last season due to health problems with his knee. Los Angeles could possibly be the comeback ground the ex-Blazer will land.

The Lakers, having possibly lost newly acquired point guard Ramon Sessions to free agency, will be looking for ways to stay relevant as title contenders in the upcoming seasons this summer. I think the addition of Brandon Roy would be a great decision this offseason for the Lakers.

I believe Roy will serve as the spark off the bench that the Lakers desperately need. Since the team plans on rebuilding anyway this summer, it would make sense to add another potential All-Star to the team that can be a reserve off the bench for the aging Kobe.
